Care should be taken to avoid exposing to chemicals and moisture for a long period of time. Remove before showering, doing dishes, swimming and exercising. If you start seeing visible oxidation of your silver jewelry, use a liquid silver cleaner or a polishing cloth to remove the darkish color. Another way to clean sterling silver, especially when you don’t have a silver cleaner or a polishing cloth at home, is toothpaste. Rub the toothpaste onto the silver and let it sit for 3-5 minutes then rinse off. You will see the shine comes back.

Rose gold plated jewelry needs to be handled with care. I recommend customers remove jewelry before going to bed or participating in physical activity. Exposure to certain harsh chemicals or environments will cause your jewelry tarnish easily. This includes, but is not limited to the following: perspiration, perfumes, harsh detergents, chlorine, salt water, and acids. In addition, try not to get rings scraped against countertops or rubbed against any hard surfaces. Store your jewelry in the complimentary gift boxes shipped with your order. To clean, gently wipe off any dirt or blemishes with a slightly damp, soft cotton cloth and dry with a clean kitchen towel. Stay away from silver cleaners or soap.
